He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian. He is survived by: his father Paul; his brothers, Paul LaFountain (Vicki) and Robert LaFountain (Dawn); and his stepchildren, Jacob Jelesiewicz (Danielle), Harry Jelesiewicz and Logan Jelesiewicz (Sara).
