She was predeceased by: her parents, Regina Siliverdis (Tarazi) and Nikolaos Siliverdis. She is survived by: her husband Stilianos Mitossis; her children, Regina Dispenziere (Salvatore), Irene Caggiano (Kyle) and Yanni Mitossis; her grandson Luciano; her sisters, Toula Hionis (Vageli) and Memi Diamantis (Yanni); her nephews, Mike Hionis and Nick Hionis (Shannon); her great-niece Mia; and her nephew George Diamantis.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. George Greek Orthodox Church (1101 River Rd, Piscataway, NJ 08854). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Bound Brook Cemetery (500 Mountain Ave, Bound Brook, NJ 08805). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. George Greek Orthodox Church (1101 River Rd, Piscataway, NJ 08854).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dimitra's memory to the ALS Association, honoring her courageous journey and helping support those affected by ALS.
