She was predeceased by: her husband Hans; her son-in-law Michael Ballas; her granddaughter Kate Bennett (Jeremy); and her sister Wilma Hoffmann. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Ballas of Bound Brook and Ron Eichner of Raritan; her daughter-in-law Eileen Eichner; and her grandchildren, Spiro Ballas (Emily), Nick Ballas (Tamara), Ryan Eichner (Anne), Lindsey Underwood (Bret) and Chrysanne Karnick (Matt).
