He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Kallym Sheryl Mest and Bonnie McAvoy; his children-in-law, Andrea Horvath and Shawn McAvoy; his grandchildren, Jessical Jelinski (Andy), Jamie Merrill (Derek), Jenna Chuisano (Andrew (Chewy)), Dana Bohler (Ryan), Kyle Biffen (Dani), Jay Molleca, Josh Mest and Jenn Chuisano; and his significant other Judy Haustoerffer.
