He is survived by: his wife Erlinda Macalalad; his children, Loida Dorfner (Gary), Claire Macalalad (Dondra), Sharon Macalalad (Scott), Deborah Macalalad (Jason), John Macalalad (Ina) and Paul Macalalad; and his grandchildren, Imani, Tori, Benji, Mia and Ethan. He is also survived by brother and three sisters, as well as many nieces and nephews.
