She is survived by: her husband Philip Ward; her brother Michael Tackvic (Charlene); her nephew Brian; her extended family, Debra Schooler (Steve), Kim Hammer, Graysen, Delaney, Rowan and Ryan Schooler (Ashley); her children, Olivia, Addison and Harper; and her pet Daisy.
