She was predeceased by: her sisters, Martha Yedla Prasad and Mary Suvarna Yedla Koppula. She is survived by: her husband Yesu Tadepalli Das of Rutgers University; her sons, Vijay Das (Danielle Das), Vivek Das (Steven Karakatsanis) and Vinod Das (Suzanne Prebosnyak); and her grandchildren, Milind Das, Mihir Das and Micah Das.
