She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Kozikowski and Sophie Kozikowski; her in-laws, Chic and Alma; and her sister Carol.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Richards; her sons, Chuck (Liz) and Craig (Glynne); her grandchildren, Amanda, Troy, Tyler, Chase and Tanner; her great grandchild Ivy; and her sisters, Julie and Barbara.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Mary Ann's memory to the Best Friends Animal Society or the American Cancer Society, organizations that held a special place in her heart.
