He is survived by: his wife Josefina "Josie" Lim; his sons, Oliver Lim and Jeffrey Lim (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Jacob, Caleb and Maliyah.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Piscataway Funeral Home (18 Stelton Rd, Piscataway, NJ 08854). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 9:00 AM and at 10:00 AM at the St. Frances Cabrini RC Church (208 Bound Brook Ave, Piscataway, NJ 08854). A burial was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
