He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Biggs and Betty Jane Biggs. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Biggs; his children, Lisa McConnell and Michael Batten (Bethany); his grandchildren, Cassidy, Ashlin, Ella and Addison; his sister Luanne Frambes (Mark); his sibling's children, Kristyn Wentz (Shawn) and Jeffrey Cummings (Christina); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cole, Reese, Lane, Claire, Alaine and Lucas.
