He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Biggs and Betty Jane Biggs. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Biggs; his children, Lisa McConnell and Michael Batten (Bethany); his grandchildren, Cassidy, Ashlin, Ella and Addison; his sister Luanne Frambes (Mark); his niece Kristyn Wentz (Shawn); his nephew Jeffrey Cummings (Christina); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cole, Reese, Lane, Claire, Alaina and Lucas.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Kelley Funeral Home (125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ 08071). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Terra Nova (590 Delsea Dr, Sewell, NJ 08080).
