He was predeceased by: his mother Charlotte Smyth; his daughter Cindy Smyth; his parent Thomas Smyth Jr.; and his brother Mark Smyth. He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Bastow; his grandsons, Daniel and Anthony; his sisters, Chickie Rodgers and Lori Klock (John); and his sister-in-law Nancy Smyth.
Burial will follow at Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Williamstown, NJIn lieu of flowers a memorial contribution may be made in Tom's name to the Pitman VFW Post 6469, 142 Oakcrest Ave, Pitman, NJ 08071.
