He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Shivy; his pareents Leo Shivy; and his sister Joan Cressman. He is survived by: his wife Susan B. Shivy; his grandchildren, Sera Trow (Sean) and Travis Colna; his nephew Brian Cressman (Jennifer); his great-nieces, Hadley and Emory Cressman; his siblings-in-law, John Baker (Kathy) and Jane Baker; and his nephews, John Baker Jr., Jesse Romano, Ryan Romano and Thomas Baker.
