He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Walukiewicz and Pauline Kruszynsky Walukiewicz; his wife Marilyn Walukiewicz; his sons, Robbie Walukiewicz, Michael Walukiewicz and Steven Walukiewicz; and his daughter-in-law Beverly Walukiewicz.
He is survived by: his son David W. Walukiewicz (Traci); his grandsons, Michael, Steven, Tyler, Gavin and Zachary; his great grandchild Isla; his sister Bernice Franklin; and his daughters-in-law, Denise Walukiewicz and Mary Leigh Walukiewicz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
