He was predeceased by : his parents, Winfield Parham and Dinah Parham; and his wife Mary W. Parham. He is survived by : his daughters, Nicole Fleming (Lee) and Cheryle Parham-Foster; and his siblings, Donnell Parham (Rhonda) and Edith Parham Stevenson. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
