He was predeceased by: his mother Carmen Roman. He is survived by: his father David Nieves, Sr.; his sons, David Nieves III and Juan Valentino Nieves; his grandson Lorenzo Nieves; and his siblings, Adriana Machado, Yadira Nieves, Awilda X. Nieves and Ezequiel Nieves. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Scarpa-Las Rosas Funeral Home (22 Craig Pl, North Plainfield, NJ 07060).
