He was predeceased by: his birth parents, Frank Van Horn and Arlene Wilson; and his brother Brian Van Horn. He is survived by: his stepmother Barbara Van Horn; his siblings, Valerie Neu and Ron Van Horn; his half-siblings, George Uzzell, Karen Loeffler, Donna Wellbrook and Jennifer Dominguez; and his stepbrothers, Steve and Chris Mandraccia (Kathy).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wright & Ford Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services (38 NJ-31, Flemington, NJ 08822). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location.
