He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Catherine Jones and Eugene Howard; his wife Barbara Howard; and his siblings, Mary, Johnny, Walter, Richard and Eugene Howard.
He is survived by: his children, Maria Harris, Cleo Ruff (Rahaman), Clarence Hoover and Jason Belin. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
