It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elke J. Biddulph of Plainfield, New Jersey, who passed away on November 15, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Stan Serbanica; and her siblings, Diana and Peter (Jane). She is survived by : her husband Keith; her daughter Kim; her granddaughter Caeley; and her siblings, Mihai, Stan Jr. (Cathy) and Christine (Michael).
