He is survived by : his father Howard Starkes, Sr.; his daughter Tyeisha Richardson; his stepmother Brenda Starkes; and his siblings, Alice Faye Wallace, Belinda Deyo, Joyce Fort and Andre Howard Morgan. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
