He was predeceased by : his daughter Sanaa McCormick; and his grandmother Kay W. Lewis. He is survived by : his parent Jacqueline D. McCormick; his children, Za'Niyah, Naseem and Jeremiah; his brothers, Jamar and Joseph; and his nieces, Zariah, Zhaia and Zharia. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
