She was predeceased by: her parents, Lambert Locke (Sonny) and Ruth Belles (Louise); her granddaughter Cheryl Slater; her son-in-law John Slater; her brother-in-law Arthur Kinsley; her sister Ruth Kinsley; and her brother-in-law Walter Adams.
She is survived by: her sisters, Nancy Adams and Janie Preiser; her children, Deborah Slater, Alan Carmon (Terri) and Lisa Perry; her grandchildren, Mandy Hickson (Graham), Rodger Sisco, Melanie Carmon, Michael Carmon (Jessie Jameson), Marianna Root (Michael) and James Sansone (Katie); and her great grandchildren, Vivienne Hickson, Ashleigh, Johnathan, Kyle Sisco, Elena, Olivia Root and Brielle Sansone.
