Langston (Crystal); his siblings-in-law, Deborah Knight-Evans, Regina Outler, Dorene Rodriquez (Raymond Sr), Leticia Outler, Richard Outler (Sheila), Jeffrey Outler (Pam) and Carlton Barnes; his mother Annie Mae Belin (Willie James Belin, Sr.); his daughter Leiah Chante'Belin; his sister Gertrude Belin; his in-laws, Gloria Jones, Ayyub Leroy Abdellah, Richard and Barbara Outler; his siblings-in-law, Carnetta Nazario-Barnes, Linda M.
