He was predeceased by : his father Anthony Katowich. He is survived by : his children, Jordan Lamastro (William) and Thomas Katowich, Jr.; his nephew Matthew Sabol; and his siblings, Barbara Paritte (Jack), Cathy Nowicki (Stanley) and Michael Katowich. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
