He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fullman and Dorothy Anne Wilkins Fullman; and his sister Theresa Sanchez. He is survived by: his children, Aimee R. Fullman and Clark W. Fullman; his daughter-in-law Becky Fullman; his grandchildren, Keegan, Braden and Emilia Fullman; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Sanchez, James F. (Patty Grow, Jr.) and Becky (Donnie Ilg). He is also survived by his four nieces and four nephews.
