She was predeceased by: her parents, Joel Levy and Linda Levy (Herman); and her brother Michael Levy. She is survived by: her husband David Turchin of East Windsor; her sons, Joshua Turchin of East Windsor and Adam Turchin of Los Angeles, CA; her brother Ira Levy of Long Island, NY; and her pet Monkey. She is also survived by her extended family and many dear friends.
