He was predeceased by: his son Jose Miguel Morales Hernandez "Papi Yankee"; and his father-in-law Miguel Hernandez. He is survived by: his father Moserrate Rodriguez; his wife Lucy I. Carrillo Hernandez; his sons, Danny, Timothy, Jonathan Rivera, Daniel, Jr. and Luis Rodriguez; his sister-in-law Yadira Hernandez; his nieces, Thalia, Yadira and Franchesca Valera; his sisters, Elaine Rivera and Jeanette Lorenzi; his sister-in-law Jennifer Rodriguez; his brother Timothy Rodriguez; his brothers-in-law, Manuel Hernandez, Angel Valera and Angel Lorenzi; his grandson Jadiel Jose Morales; his mother Rosaura Rodriguez Perez; and his mother-in-law Maria Ramos. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
