He is survived by: his significant other Rossana Itchon; his sisters, Geraldine Pugh, Sharon Pugh and Mildred Lee-McDowell; and his children, Monique Pugh, Rishanna Pugh, Raidah Pugh, Richard Pugh II and Dariush Pugh. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
