He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson H. Smith and Gertrude R. Smith (Frank). He is survived by: his significant other Mabel Kubelis; his daughter Holly Lantos (Gabe) of Flemington, NJ; his brother Nelson H. Smith II of Phillipsburg; and his granddaughter Abby Lantos.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Devlin Funeral Home (695 Corliss Ave, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Hay's Cemetery (1000 W Lincoln St, Easton, PA 18042).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Harry's memory to the Pohatcong Township Community Policing.
