He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bill, Phyllis and Danise; and his parents, John and Phyllis.
He is survived by: his daughter Hannah Jacobson; his brother Stephen Jacobson; his niece Hallie; his significant other Cindy Cuomo; and his former wife Sue Jacobson.
