We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2024, at the age of 77, Richard J. Salgado of Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey, born in Bayonne, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid adieu to Richard's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Richard has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

He is survived by : his wife Carol Ann Stanzione-Salgado; his sons, Adam Salgado (William Salgado-You) and Anthony Salgado; his sister-in-law Virginia Salgado; his nephews, Peter Salgado (Denise) and Paul Salgado (John Theobold); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex, Nick Ferden, Erica, Alli Thomas, Nikki and Shane Ryan; and also Jagger Leigh Thomas.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home- Owner John (2170 NJ-88, Brick Township, NJ 08724).
