He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond and Elizabeth (Betty); and his niece Kelly Ann. He is survived by: his wife Sandra McDowell; his children, Kristy, Kimberly, Karie (Ernie), John Jr. (Amy) and Robert (Krissy); his grandchildren, David, Benjamin, Jason, Rayna, Julia, Nicholas, Justin, Megan, Kate, Steven and Brooklyn; his great grandchildren, McKenzie and Mason; and his siblings, Kevin (Carol), Sue (Elwood) and Patty.
