He was predeceased by: his sisters, Reneate and Freidl; Manfred. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, William (Donna) and Deborah Thatcher (Robin); his sisters, Hildegard, Traudl and Ursula; and his grandchildren, Breanna (Chris), Emily (Geoffrey), Sarah, Ryan (Erica) and Ian. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
