He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, John A. Czepiel (Jennifer), Christine Anne Axelrad (Barry) and Corine Ann Czepiel (Toni Sisti); his grandchildren, Sara, Jared, April and Derek; and his doodle Daisy.
