With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Marie G. Riggins in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Marino and Mary Marino. She is survived by: her son John Riggins (Jill); her grandchildren, Chris Riggins (Sara) and Marissa Kirkpatrick (Sean); and her great grandchildren, Bella Riggins, Leora and Rory Kirkpatrick.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Scanlan's (781 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444). A graveside service was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Mount Rest Cemetery (15 Kakeout Rd, Butler, NJ 07405).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Marie's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital (https://www.stjude.org) would be greatly appreciated by her family.
