He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Rasmussen, Sr. and Alfhild; and his sister Ruth Auer. He is survived by: his sister Irene Klauss (Albert); his brother-in-law Bill Auer; his sibling's children, Karen Klauss (Raleigh Griffith), Ingrid Klauss, Sherry DiGrande (Jim) and Jim Auer; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Charles, Kendall, April, Anthony, Connor, Ryan and Mackenzie.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Becker Funeral Home (219 Kinderkamack Rd, Westwood, NJ 07675). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenfield Cemetery.
