He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Siemonsma and Catherine Siemonsma. He is survived by: his brother Donald; his wife Leonora Garris (Lonnie); his daughters, Jessica Joy Longo (Mario) and Laura Lynn Siemonsma-Bertelli (Anthony); his sister Janice Troiano; his grandchildren, Julia, Jack, Mason, John and Alex; his niece Jennifer; and his nephews, Christopher and Donald.
