Though Bernardine may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernardo Celis and Claire Engelbert Celis; and her siblings, Ronald Celis and Mercedes Celis Best. She is survived by: her sister Deborah A. Celis; and her nephews, Seth Wernersbach and Vaughn Wernersbach. She is also survived by several great-nieces/nephew.
