With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert H. Yockavitch of Port Reading, New Jersey, born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on June 27, 2025 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his son Michael Denton; his parents, Louis Yockavitch and Loretta Sancilardi Yockavitch; and his sister Louann McGuire of Brick. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Legeny Yockavitch; his children, Elise Calabrese (Michael) of Rahway and Raymond Denton of New Brunswick; his siblings, Dennis Yockavitch of Spotswood, Linda Siekierka (Mike) of Jackson, Judy Bruno of Keyport and Loretta McKenna (Chris) of Edison; his nephew Daniel Glovan of Keyport; and his pet Laszlo.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Costello-Greiner Funeral Home - Woodbridge (44 Green St, Woodbridge Township, NJ 07095). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua R. C. Church (436 Port Reading Ave, Port Reading, NJ 07064). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at the St. Gertrude's Cemetery (53 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067).
