Scott Favire Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Scott Favire of Port Reading, New Jersey, born in Rahway, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 24, 2025 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Scott departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Scott. Though Scott may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his mother Brenda Favire. He is survived by: his father Frank Favire; his sister Lynn Lombardo; and his niece Tayla Lombardo. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gerity & Chubenko Funeral Home (411 Amboy Ave, Woodbridge Township, NJ 07095). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Scott may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org).
