She is survived by: her children, David Kent Kilbourne, Anne Mills Fayen, Thomas Barkley Kilbourne (Elizabeth Westergaard) and Kathryn Evans Kilbourne; and her grandchildren, Ashe Kilbourne and Peter Kent Kilbourne.
