He is survived by: his sons, John (Pam) of Oxford, UK, Damian of Auckland, NZ, Paul (Kate) of Winchester, UK and James (Anne Margaret) of Williamstown, MA; his spouse Giulia Barberi; and his son Milton (Allie) of Boulder, CO. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Arrangements will be made for annual scholarships in his name, and donations to these would be welcome.
