It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Shear Jr. of Princeton, New Jersey, who passed away on September 28, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his wife Ione Mylonas Shear. He is survived by : his daughters, Julia L. and Alexandra Shear; and his grandchild Briar Shear.
He served as trustee of the William Alexander Proctor Foundation (1982-1989) and of the Princeton Junior School (1983-2015; president 1999-2006).
