He was predeceased by: his father Gordon H. Mack. He is survived by: his mother Kay Bell Mack of Princeton; and his siblings, Melissa Mack of Glen Ridge, Margot Mack of New York and Matthew Mack of Princeton, NJ. He is also survived by extended family, as well as many caring friends.

The family would be most grateful for contributions in Michael's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Kappa Alpha Psi Inc.'s National Philanthropic Partner.

The last time we saw each other I was 4,except when flew out to visit Aunt Kay.I am now almost 50 with a son ,Elliott-Pierce Chenault-Johnson who is 10 . I remember all of you playing with me and allowing me to explore and ask questions about you because I didn't know all of you as I should have then and very much would love to keep in touch so you all can tell Elliott-Pierce about Michael and all of us can make the best of our family time.”
