We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Tung-Ching Lee of Princeton, New Jersey. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by : his children, Jan and Irene; and his siblings, Toney Lee and Gina Hsu. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces and extended family.

In Lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that memorial donations be made to Rutgers University Foundation in support of the Dawn Family Endowed Graduate Student Prize in Food Science.
