He was predeceased by: his parents, Enrico Perna and Filomena Perna (late Failina C.); and his brother Nicola Perna. He is survived by: his siblings, Assunta Perna, Ascenzio Perna, Giovannina Perna, Teresa Perna and Emma Perna; his sons, Bruno (Diane Perna) and Henry (Dawn Perna); his grandchildren, Johncarlo B. Perna, Nicole F. Perna, Gina Schweizer, Michele Payant and Tyler Perna; and his great grandchildren, Jace Perna, Jaxon Perna, Owen Schweizer and Eliana Marie Schweizer.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions the visitation will be private.
