He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy E. Parkell and Bertha Traub Parkell. He is survived by : his wife Martha Ropp Parkell; and his children, Beth A. Parkell (Smigelski), Joan C. Parkell (Yonko) and Roy A. Parkell. He is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
