He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William M. Shipman and Ella Campbell Shipman; his children, Gary Shipman (Shelley) of Alloway, Keith Shipman (Kelly) of Alloway and Kim Waddington (Bert) of Mannington; his wife Betty Sorrels; and his siblings, Russell Shipman and Shirley Pate. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Woodside Funeral Home - Quinton (613 Salem Quinton Rd, Salem, NJ 08072). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Lawnside Cemetery (1017 US-40, Pilesgrove, NJ 08098).
