He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Sousa and Conceicao Sousa. He is survived by: his wife Lidia Sousa; his sisters, Isabel Machado and Madalena Henriques; his brother-in-law Julio Henriques; his nieces and nephews, Paula Arslanyan (Christopher Arslanyan) and Jesseca Sousa (Kevin Szczecina); and his grandchildren, Mya, Natalie, Owen, Joshua, Alexa and Lilianna. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
