Ann Hoener Obituary

The memory of Ann Hoener (Rahway, New Jersey), who passed away on April 2, 2026 at the age of 94, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Einar Anderson and Lois Anderson; her siblings, Gillette Anderson (Betty) and Judith Schuhmann (Harold); and her daughter Ellen Hoener Ross.

She is survived by: her significant other Edmund; her children, Edmund Hoener (Diane) and Sara Pender (Michael); her grandchildren, Rachel Fusco, Rebecca Nguyen (Anh) and Michael Pender; her great grandchildren, Evelynn, Rozanna and Ethan; her son-in-law Mark Ross; and her caregiver Marina Beburishvili. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made in Ann's memory to the Merchant and Drover's Tavern Museum in Rahway.
