He was predeceased by: his brothers, Manuel Pinto and Carlos Pinto. He is survived by: his wife Anita Pinto (Pires); his son Antonio Pinto (Silmara); his grandsons, Mark Anthony Pinto and Alex Emily Pinto (Josh Dymun); his sister Francelina Martins; and his pet Daisy.
